The Castro Human Rights Walk
A walk through the Castro is a walk through the history of American civil rights. The tour focuses on the ongoing struggle of the tight-knit community to promote the visibility, acceptance and equality of all Americans. David Soref, tour guide, explains the contribution of Harvey Milk to the struggle for civil rights and equality while standing in front of Harvey's Camera Store that has now been converted to a Human Rights Campaign Center on July 7th 2019.
